Does nothing, along with boost telling me how to fix my phone with airplane mode. or buy a new phone. it is new. Buyer beware stay away from boost mobile. Ive swapped phones, did all their troubleshooting. same issue. I jave signal, cant use my data. I get an exclamation point wifi shows i have data. they rip ya off

Trying to activate Boost service on my new phone is a NIGHTMARE. 3 hours wasted only to find out the sim card they sold me is expired and unusable. Now they gotta send me another one and that'll waste several more days. Meanwhile I've already paid for my service plan and the sim card and I can't even use it. I can't even find out my new phone number. Seems to me ANY OTHER provider would be a better option. Save your time, money and sanity and go to any other provider. I wish I did. 🤬

Why would this app have permissions to read,modify contacts,access to camera. This app is to help with connectivity. These Ridiculous permissions and bloatware apps that only invade privacy. Straight garbage app does nothing for connectivity. Loss of signal,Volte not available when trying to make a phone call while connected to Bluetooth and not. Dropped calls, Poor connection.

I've been standing right next to the modem for it to download and it keeps giving an error msg. it's something wrong w/ there system on how it's set up to link. I've called 3 time to customer svc and tech support no one wants or can help they either push the responsibility off to someone else who doesn't know either while waiting 15-45 minutes. if you no longer want to promote the gaming to giving money off your bill then "say" that directly to customers don't restrict and reconfigure things.

what is going on with the service the last 3 weeks? dropped calls, periods on no network or data. this is terrible. I'm going somewhere else

Boost customer service is the WORST, I go from having an outstanding 5G signal to no signal at all without moving an inch, this can happen on a perfect clear day or inclement weather, makes no difference. Called customer service many times and reported service issues, never resolved, never responded, save yourself some headaches and get a better provider unless you live in a urban area with good signal and don't travel much outside of that area.

I want to know what does reading and modifying my contacts have to do with Connecting my phone to the Network. You also don't need access to my Camera and Video. Your attention to things that don't really Concern you is why Lately my Phone Keeps Disconnecting from Your Service. I've Missed Calls and Text Messages. Text Messages sometimes come 10 minutes late.

When Dish Mobile made me change the SIM Card from T-Mobile to AT&T nothing worked right and home Internet stopped working on phone. Before that, Dish Mobile was the best deal. Now. Metro PCS is again, because of having the T-Mobile SIM Card. Very sad departure from Boost Mobile, which has better phone model deals too. Sad.
