Ran into problems with reservations. Phone number is a required field during the reservation flow. On Pixel Android devices the keyboard for entering the phone number is auto dismissed on the reservations page. attempts to bring keyboard back are auto dismissed. No way to enter numbers, not even copy and paste. Worked around by going to a PC to make the reservation. I assume I'll be unblocked in the future if I add a phone number to my profile first, then try using the app.

Pointless app, can sign in but when I go to link reservation the page shows all the options with no place to enter the information. Was trying to check in early, but this app feels incomplete. Update: once in the resort, was able to use the app. But for wanting to preload the reservation to schedule activities, could not do it. Hence 4 stars.

App hangs (sometimes) if you try to add guest names to a reservation. Doesn't save the reservation anywhere (you have to continuously "retrieve" it using the original confirmation code). Constantly forgets you're logged in and asks for you to sign in again. Pages often just don't load. I mean.. honestly.. just don't bother having an app. Focus on making a great mobile website if you can't do both.

Terrible! It won't let me link a Reservation nor reserve a spa treatment. Uninstalled hoping that would work - No! I just kept having the same issue. I tried getting off their wifi and back on my data - that didn't work either. For the amount of money people spend on everything Disney they can do way better than this. It's like they hired some beginners college students to do the app. Might I suggest a better map and navigation platform, and the ability to also make reservations at restaurants.

Not sure what the point of this app is, other than to cause aggravation. Too much technology does not always mean ease and convenience. I can't get past entering my email and confirmation number, which I had to call Guest Services for. It freezes at this point and won't let me past entering additional guests...which we don't have. Useless app.

I feel like they rushed this app out because of covid. They are missing a few key areas like photopass and mobile ordering. It would of been a easy installation to since the resort was shut down for months and could of updated everything then. Hopefully future updates will fix this issue.

Very glitchy i sign in, then try to update check in, I sign in with the same info for my Disney account and it says its wrong. Try doing forgot password even though I know its right and it yakes me to book a vacation. So this means I have check in at the desk I guess. Not a huge deal for me but if the app worked correctly I could fix what needed to be fixed and bypass it

I would have to sign in everytime despite never logging out. Wouldn't unlock room door with either unlocking option. It had a "show door number" option and once I clicked it, I was asked to sign in with fingerprint lock and then the screen would load right back the original unlock door screen.
