The service is amazing, the app UI looks nice, but the actual app user experience is really horrible. The app doesn't open when you click a notification (likely crashes?), and every time it is backgrounded, you lose your progress within the app - so oftentimes youre halfway through booking the appointment or writing a message, and all that is lost because you switched the app for a *second* to check your calendar, or took too long so your phone screen turned off... And you need to stary again.

The app works great for me. It's super handy for booking appointments, sharing test results, and requesting prescription refills. The UI is intuitive.

If I'm booking an appointment, and have to switch apps to look at a calendar, and come back 15 seconds later I have to start all over. This app should be a website.

The service is phenomenal but the app is SO BUGGY. If you click on the notifications it doesn't open the app, and it's very slow.

I am unable to use the app. The app requests my work email address (which I provide) I am asked to enter a code from an email but the email never arrives.

No password memor or generation support, app always "updates", app stalls and needs restarting when skipping review for last provider. It's as if the absolute minimum was done to build this app.
