Regarding recent traffic etraffic update, the information which I had registered on it ,it has all got deleted, again I have to re register the information , please look into the etraffic app and rectify the problem ASAP. I had updated the app today and all the information is lost.

Very good app in general but the interface of the lates update is misleading and not siutable for an official government institute

I installed this app to pay for a traffic violation. I could view my violation easily. Anyway, when I tried to pay, there was no options in the "card type" field. After few times the card type appeared but I was disappointed because I couldn"t pay with debt card. In the end the app was stuck when I tried to pay with credit card. I think there should be a status bar to tell us about the progress of loading.

Great service. I do all my license and vehicle renewals on this now. To really appreciate this, you have to remember the time spent queuing to be able to renew anything related to your car. Now all that is in the past. A really good next step would be to allow for payment of parking fees through this as sometimes the machines are not working, or you don't have change or its located far from the parking area.

App does not work!!! Had a minor traffic accident today and app keeps reporting errors regarding driver details as well as for car insurance although entered data is positively correct! It is really frustrating having app and not be able to use it for purpose for which has been built...

Very good app it keeps the driver informed and up to date. I wish the the date selection it should be simple than the present one. For example to select the date you need scroll the calendar with the day, the month and year which take little time.
