Unable to pay fees using gpay. It was working nicely before. After payment completion it doesn't redirect to this app. It works sometimes but mostly payment is failing. Evry time money gets deducted from bank account and later after couple of days credited to bank account. Also tried to uninstall and reinstall but takes lot of time to register student.

Not showing payment option now as it was showing till last month. Pending fee section is still loading after 5 mins also. Already have updated version. Pathetic experience with app and no support or contact details in school for app related issues.

As per given instructions i have tried but i can't login in to the aap. it's showing network error try again. In my location network is frequency is too good still your app showing network error. How we can start online education without login. Really bad experience.

Not showing Exam reports, Timetable section is still empty. Homework section is not updating regularly by teachers, we have paid fees still not showing in paid fees tab. Useless notifications in bunch so I turned it off.

Why children's credentials requires to submit again & again? Since one week i am trying to submit my child details ( which were already running since 1 year) but everytime app shows invalid credentials message. How we can pay fees on time, whether app developer or school is going to provide fine which we have to bear because of school or app mistake.

Extremely poor tech support team !! Upon trying to login with provided credentials, getting error message "invalid credentials" and tech support team's response is awaited for 10+ days over email..

While loggin on the app getting error as network error. School has given the temporary GR number for new students. Tried logging with the credentials and getting this error. Kindly help..
