This app is a pain. I wish cafes would avoid it. I had a card with stamps which randomly disappeared from the app, despite the stamps showing up in my history. And it has an incessant popup message asking me to turn on notifications. If I say no it keeps popping up anyway when navigating in the app. It makes me want to avoid my local cafe that uses it and use another with cheaper prices but no loyalty scheme. I will say though that they have a very quick customer service team, which is great.

Nags for push notifications continuously — and I mean continuously, after each stamp collected I'm getting prompted. A loyalty card doesn't need push notifications. If there's some extra features that need it fine but should respect my choice to "do without".

App works well but it won't stop asking me to enable push notifications. Not just when I open the app, but also between every action. Why can't it remember my choice and stop asking me about it?

Mostly good app, just the constant push notifications for discounts on your next coffee order don't actually work. You put it in your basket and it stays full price...am I missing something.

When I try to collect a stamp it only works about 10% of the time, even with my phone resting on the device. Luckily the venue still has paper loyalty cards as well! Update: the developer responded and has patched the app for this problem. It still takes several seconds to collect the stamp and doesn't always work first time, but kudos to them for their efforts.

I can't reset my password. It wouldn't accept even though I make sure to meet all the requirements of the new password when I use the reset link. I don't know how to get back into my app having my phone stolen last week

Now works on Android 13 beta! Generally works very well, only issue is that if you have poor signal inside a shop it either won't go past the opening animation, or it won't accept the stamp. Don't know if it is possible to have it so it can resync when it gets a connection, but if it could that would make it perfect!

Technically great but poor UX-wise. The app works smoothly, looks nicely, but it's so hard to navigate... I get the stamp collecting thing but why it's so prominent? Why it's so difficult to get to the place you order often from? Why no fav places or recent places? Such a waste of potential...
