Quite satisfied with the product. Good features, easy to setup and use, and a great platform for businesses (like mine) who want a chatbot but don’t know how to code. Liked their UI. Best part was interacting with the team, who went out of the way to help me over a call. Thanks team Engati!

It is a very responsive chatbot and serves its purpose, but the app is worse. It takes so much time to load the chat, send messages, etc. Overall, the bot service is very good. Try to improve your app, as it's easier to reply from the app than from your web portal.

Pathetic app. It doesn't work at all. Notifications don't work, it takes forever to connect to the messages and by the time you get connected, the customer leaves the chat. You keep losing customers by the time you get connected through this app. Not sure why we got sold into such poor solution. The onboarding takes forever to complete - not even 50% complete even after 4 weeks. And, we would have raised some 8-10 tickets!!! Avoid!

Easy to use and can quickly build the chatbots and deploy them to production very quickly. Good support and documentation helps through the development process that’s readily available with integrations for popular apps like Facebook and Whatsapp.
