Customer service is terrible. And so is buying tickets. App can't save gift card so have to copy and paste and go to the website to buy tickets. Otherwise it says your gift card isn't valid. Makes buying tickets more difficult not easier. Whoever is in charge of their Fandango app should be fired. Bought $100 one and its the last time I do. Oh and they charge each time you buy movie tickets. Don't buy their gift cards. Also nonrefundable.

I signed into Fandango on my Samsung television. It pulled me into a vudu app That has absolutely nothing for free. I wasn't looking to purchase another app on top of my 50 trillion other apps but wanted to have an option and I felt like it was a purposeful definite manipulation. I would not recommend using it on your television. I noticed that there was no problems with using it on my Android for some reason. Yet it let me sign in with the same username/password but wouldn't let me access free

Works well enough – though the interface is a bit slow moving from screen to screen.... What's truly annoying, however, is that in the iOS version of thid app, you're given the option to add tickets to Apple Wallet. Where's the option to add to Google Wallet on Android?? It's pathetic and annoying that in 2024, app developers still have basic feature gaps between iOS & Android 😡. Sometimes, theaters also have poor cell coverage too, so having the ticket in your device's wallet can be essential!

Fandango gives you the option to save your card so it is more convenient to buy movie tickets in the future. Except it doesn't actually bother remembering your card, so you have to reenter the information in every time. But the app appears to remember it, just enough to waste your time with failed transaction attempts. Please fix your software. Either actually remember the card info or don't offer to save it as an option.

Be very careful if you make a purchase. The Promo code slot is hard to find on the mobile app, and us located on the checkout page. If you accidentally click the purchase button (which looks the anne as the previous screens "Next" and Go To Checkout buttons) without entering the promo code, you can't get a refund of the ridiculous online-order "convenience" fee no matter how quickly to request one.

Great app. The only improvement that I can see is for me to be able to have the ability to exclude movies that I have either seen or don't want to see. I go to a lot of movies and to see the movies I've already seen in the listing or movies are absolutely do not want to see takes additional time. The addition of this one feature would make the app far more useful.

I've been using Fandango for years. Today, I received my $5 movie reward, but I picked the wrong movie to use it with. I called customer service to see if I could have that changed to the right movie. The agent said she could not help me; once a movie is picked, that's it. What a crock of BS! Thanks for nothing, Fandango. I will not be using your app anymore.

I have been using this app for years. Never had any issues until now. I had purchased tickets and needed to change the showtime. I have been able to do this before with no problem. This time, I got a message saying Fandago doesn't do refunds/ exchanges on tickets purchased using a promo. The promo was $5 off. So because I used a $5 off promo from Fandago, I wasn't able to get an exchange on tickets that cost over $50! I have deleted my account and disputed the charge with my bank.
