Buffers alot and picture is very blurry. It seems to be perfect at times where people wouldn't be on it. So this platform cannot handle a lot of people at once. This is an issue that has been gone on for a very long time and is not being addressed. None of the trouble shooting works. They need to fix the bugs within the app. Don't waste your money get up TV it works perfectly.

I love that you can stream Hallmark movies and shows. However, when I click to download a movie/show, it just shows "queued" but doesn't ACTUALLY download.. it's like this on all the devices I've logged into.. and it doesn't matter what kind of connection I've got, it just won't move past queued.

I love the Hallmark channel itself but I pay for Hallmark+ through my Prime account. The movie selections are too limited. There are not enough selections (especially current ones) outside of Christmas and royal-themed movies. I want to be able to type in my favorite actors and watch every Hallmark movie they've done. And the app won't remember what you're currently watching in the "continue watching" queue. Kinda not worth the money.

The movies are great, but the amount of issues I have with the app itself is pretty problematic. We pay for the plus and we are stuck with so many bugs, still. I can hardly watch anything because there's some other movie or Hallmark ad playing over the movie...

This is the worst app I've ever used! I canceled my Hallmark subscription because this app is so bad! I've read through several dozens of reviews from 2019-2023 that agree. You'd think Hallmark would get their act together after 4-5 years! I'm hearing impaired and the closed caption is so tiny they may as well not even have it! It's completely unreadable!

This app is horrible. Loading any show takes 20 minutes, the episodes are out of order and it cuts off the ending of episodes to play the next way too soon. I signed up to watch one specific show and as soon as I finish it I'm cancelling this subscription and uninstalling the app

App is slow on Roku and has very minimal user options. There's no "favorites" list or somewhere we can just play our favorite HM Movies. Would be nice to add a favorites list and an algorithm that will make suggestions of other movies of similar interests or types.

The app works only about 50% of the time on Android smartphone. It doesn't work at all on smart TVs. There is no customer service -- the forum redirects you back to the homepage, the email doesn't work, and no one answers the phone line.
