this app is atrocious. it's like it was designed by a 4 year old. it's ugly, has bad translations, crashes randomly, and worst of all, you have no choice but to use it. Trying to get train tickets without it? Good luck. I hate having to use it, the one extra star is for the fact that it does get you where you need to go but it's a painfully low quality as an app. enjoy

Useless... Waste of money and not doing what it is supposed to do. 1 star for ability to check train schedule. The system requires different level of checks in order to get to be able to monitor, buy, tickets. I am OK to register all travelers info, I thought that the system was to help me monitor and automatically book tickets once they are available but No! Even after paying for the membership, nothing happens it just says it's monitoring without doing a single query or trial to buy.

Even though I am connected to stable wifi, when I search for a train ticket, it loads and loads, then says I am on a restricted network and need to either restart the router or change to 4G and stop airplane mode. Not using airplane mode,and don't have a VPN on. Thus, can't use it at all.

When I used the app to search for trains, I was frustrated with the name of the stations in English. I wanted to change the language into Chinese because I can read it and it would be easier to read but I couldn't really change the language and that makes me inconvenient to buy the tickets and check out the details of the tickets.

Very easy to use for am English-speaker! So great not to pay any fees (or minimal fees) on top of the price of the train tickets. I highly recommend this app over other ones that charge an extra 5% or more!

This app is garbage. This app should not be in the Google Play Store. It does not function. It tries to do illegal things on your network. It cannot find train tickets for a common route even when many of them exist. It's asking for access to your microphone and your camera. To search for train tickets? This is the CCP looking at you. Delete this garbage.

Unable to use for all foreigner as it requires last four digital of id before sending SMS for login while foreign id number not all in the form of China id. Official 12306 works well.
