The whole reason I got this was to work with my class that uses Blackboard to keep track of things. But Ucertify is not compatible with Blackboard on mobile devices. Als the genral look and feel of the app and site are different to the point that they feel like different programs all together. Yes, the app works to the bare minimum, but that's it.

Your app is trash. Scrolling, just to read, is a chore. The progress tracker sucks. I have to manually check them off or it either doesn't register or only does a little. The text reader pronounces every period "." as "dot". There's a lot more wrong with the reader, too.

It was a five star, then it messed up after an update and stopped working properly and became 1 star, then they heard my complaint and fixed it in the next update and it's back to being 5 stars. (Also thank you for reminding me to update my review (I don't typically review so I kinda forgot about it))

Pros: It will read the material to you. It's portable Cons: Most of the features don't work. The videos are unwatchable as the app plays the audio both from the video and the page. You have to press hard on the screen to do any activity. Support tickets disappear when submitted (tracking is supposed to be available) Listening to the material will not mark the section as read. Final comments: Overall, the concept is great, but the execution is poor.

The Play Store is now saying this app is no longer compatible with my Pixel 8 Pro even though I was just using it a week ago. I uninstall it and tried to reinstall it, but now it's won't let me install the app at all.

Best learning app I used since I been to college easy to maniver and easy to understand directions,glad University of Phoenix has this app helps me out greatly.

Completely useless. Difficult to navigate and the videos all have audio problems

The reader is a joke. It's reads so terribly it is distracting. And then you can not get a pdf of the document to upload it into a quality reader on a different app. Very frustrating app.
