My experience with Furlenco has been frustrating. I tried cancelling my appliance rental via their app, but it wouldn’t work. After dealing with their awful chatbot, support told me I’d need to pay 1700 rupees to cancel because my subscription was "under 3 months," even though I’ve rented for over 3 months with multiple 1-month terms. They then claimed the fee was for renewing subscription and only then I can return the item and asked for "proof" of the app issue to give me a discount.BewareScam

Technical Step

I’ve had a good experience with Furlenco’s products; they are brand new and of high quality. However, the return pickup service has been disappointing. The delivery boys initially asked for ₹150 for the pickup, and when they arrived, they requested ₹200 instead. I ended up paying ₹200. Additionally, they took a long time to reach the pickup point. While the product and overall service are great, the delivery team needs improvement.

The delivery and fit out process is always very smooth. The delivery folks are helpful and good at their work. The app has some glitches at the back end and there are some issues with my order which I hope customer care will help me resolve quickly.

Worst experience! Ordered LED TV by mistake. There is no option to swap only cancellation. 0 refund. Cancel/keep either way you're screwed. Guys who came to install this TV, took hardware parts of my old TV. Came back to take this and didn't install my old TV saying hardware is missing & on top of that they took the wrong remote. Email support is useless, they want u to install the app. Been a month that I have my tv on the floor with wrong remote. No update on my raised request. Brilliant work!

Extremely disappointed. There's no way one can directly xonneto the customer care. And when I'm paying for the "care" facility, I'm not getting any kind of care. I've rented multiple products since March 2023. Two products need urgent attention and I have sent multiple emails. It has been more than 40 days, no repairperson has attended to this. Service requests were created on app too. This is really sad and disappointing.

Never mind. I got charged for one extra day and how much? Almost half of my entire rent tenure that i had. You guys are just hungry for money. I tried to return it way before but i couldn't find the button to return it, and then i got to know that to renew, it happens quick, but to return i had to go to another page, then another page. Even on top of that you guys send offers in hopes that I'll renew it. Sorry, I would have, but your calls are too annoying plus the charge was too much for a day.

Pathetic service in terms of subscription termination. I am literally struggling to initiate pick-up, each and every time they are re scheduling, even after getting calls for pickup it is getting rescheduled everytime. Even the customer care is not helpful. Will never ever recommend furlenco to anyone. It's better to rent out from locals. Pathetic experience.

I've rented a washing machine on the Furlenco app, and it has been the most disastrous experience I've ever had. My rental subscription started on the 17th, and a support person from the organization came to install the machine. They didn't installed it properly plus they delivered the defective machine which I haven't used for once. It's been 13 days now their customer support is worst. I haven't received the replacement yet. This is total fraud don't go for it.
