By far the worst casino. Good luck getting any bonus rounds, and when you do, it's not much. Almost every spin is an "almost". Might as well throw your money away. Worst experience ever with an online casino. Deposited 40 dollars to receive a 15.00 dollar promo. I won a few bucks then While reading the rules the server timed out and booted me. Then my balance disappears and customer service tells me I cancelled the promo so I forfeit the funds including my deposit. Customer service asks me to hold returns with the exact same message before asking me to hold but addressing me as someone else and nothing they can do

Extremely frustrating! Love the games and the layout but it's horrible as far as operational. After spending tens of thousands of dollars during our relationship I am parting ways. I'm tired of being frustrated aggravated and stressed out over an app that constantly shuts down while logging in or playing. It takes me 3 to 10 or more attempts to log in then most of the time it'll log out on me right after I logged back in or start playing. I'm done with it!

This used to be one of my favorite gambling apps, however, a few months ago it started logging me out all the time which gets annoying. Then after awhile, they send me free chips to come back. So I do. Today I can't even play anything because it keeps logging me out before I can pick a game. I had to log in at least 10x because it said I was inactive while I was actively playing! I checked for updates but there are none. I've unistalled/reinstalled and it made no difference. Please fix this!

Constantly get booted for inactivity while playing, should've listened to the 1 star reviews, use any other app besides this, got booted 50 times trying to play within 20 minutes, constantly was booted out of bonuses, noway to withdraw funds as most options dont work, last but not least this app is literally the worst online casino out of the 7+ I've used.
