Signing up was easy enough but I need DETAILS to plan my route as efficiently as possible. There is no Support page within the app and the website is shut down. So no support at all is available when I need it. I don't want to be told how to get where I'm going. I'm an experienced navigator and I can save time on whatever their maps say. I want to know if I should shut this down or try it. But there is noone to speak to.

During signing up I can't get past the picture id front and back. Been done it 10+ times. Same results with the error message.. cannot save . help me please.

They don't reimburse bridge toll and will have you cross the bay and golden gate in one route. They don't pay the prop 22 earnings guarantee for CA workers either. They claim $25/hr but it's more like $12. They don't show you your itinerary, only the next stop so it's impossible to plan a restroom break which is kinda crucial for women. I've tried every gig there is. This one is the worst, by far.

I've been a courier for close to 6 years and I've used multiple different types of delivery apps. One thing that I have to say about this app it's very streamlined there's not a lot of busy work going on with it. Some of the apps that I've used it's like navigating a maze blindfolded. You definitely don't have to worry about that with this app. It breaks everything down for you and Routes you to where your next stop is no fuss no muss. All in all I would say that I really enjoyed using this app

Love the app, very simple and easy to use. The staff are very communicative and they have even contacted me for extra work when a driver cancelled a job. I wish I could receive more jobs on a daily basis because it's so easy and stress free.

It seems like the app doesn't work. I received a message saying I should check the app because there was routes available. I went to the app and nothing was there. The message also gave me a number to text if I wasn't receiving anything on the app. I texted that number and got no response.

Trying to sign up and they don't have the Dodge Dart as an option when putting in car information. Since the information needs to match what's on my insurance (I assume, anyways) I can't continue with the sign up process. Please fix this

You don't have ability to filter to your location. Every errand that's been offered near me is over 20+minutes away. I signed up and kept hoping stuff closer to me would be available. Nothing. It's pretty disappointing.
