The new update has a lot of bugs. Biggest problem is that it deletes my service booking. I've been trying to book a service and next day it is deleted. I took a screen shot to show the service centre, but it also doesn't show on their system. Basic info about the scooter is also not showing on the app anymore. I seriously regret buying a gogoro. Not because of the scooter, but because of this failed attempt of building a functional app

Localization is glaringly incomplete. Significant portions of the app haven't been translated at all. The main screen should be a dashboard with lots of useful and accessible information. Most of what I actually want to use the app for is hidden behind a menu. Nevertheless, all of the features that I need are at least included. Why does the app contain ads? I already bought a scooter from you, after all. Do you think you're going to convince me to buy another? The map is noticably laggy.

September 1, 2024; the iQ functionality has been faulty. As soon as the conected phone is within range, the iQ symbol should light up and access through the widget should be possible. Currently, I need to open the app or use the smart key to unlock the scooter, and only after doing that, the iQ system will funtion will be usable.

The app has made huge improvements after the last update. It is still frustrating though, to have to pull my phone out to unlock my scooter because the IQ has timed out. The widget still does nothing. Once the app is open, the widget is ”active”, but still does nothing more than open the app. And why the ads? I already bought a scooter, I don't plan to buy another one, no matter how good the sale is.

The latest UI changes are nice, but the localization is missing in places and the map is slow and unresponsive. This feels like a pre-release build. Please iterate faster.

Nothing works since the last update. Can't connect to my scooter without opening the app. The widget is too big and doesn't work (none of the buttons actually do anything). Why change something that worked fine to something worse ?

Game changer for motorcycle lovers. App is easy to use and has several features not available on regular scooters and electronic motorcycles. My favorite is the scooter customization, 2nd dashboard and Keyless functions.

Very good and useful app. Please fix the smart keyless feature (on android), there are times that it is not working and I have to use the key card.
