A series of disappointing experiences - bad enough to cancel my account. 1. A below standard car over Xmas. Key fob broken. Key can't open the car. Had to use App to open/close car, but it kept crashing. I wrote an email to Greenwheels. No reply. 2. Challenged a cleaning fee - as I vacuum the cars after use. Again, no reply. 3. My booking was moved by Greenwheels to a different car. New car had a flat battery. They charged an hour usage on a car that didn't even start. Disappointing.

It is a very good app that gives what promises. I really liked the app since the application process. It was the only car sharing app able to validate my foreign driving license without issues. The sharing process is very easy and straightforward. Only opportunities are the status of the cars, the availability of cars (especially golf and van) and some app improvement opportunities on stability and language. If these are improved, it's an easy 5 star.

Absolutely unprofessional company that does not maintain their cars. Avoid, it is dangerous and they do not take responsibility but instead charge you for the time you spent extra because you had to do their job for them and maintain the car. App is also pretty nested and bills, upcoming costs, trip history etc. Is not very transparent or easily reachable. @greenwheels: Had I waited for roadside assistance (3-4h of my and your time) instead of fixing it myself, you would have refunded it all.

Extremely buggy app and website. In my first try the payment dint go through so I had to make a new account. On my second attempt it refuses to accept my license and no way for me to upload Kvk, so I had to send it in via mail, the document upload on the website help section dint work. Now the deposit has been debited from my account but on your system it says the money has not been debited, account is deactivated. App says no cars available, something went wrong. Can't be that hard can it?

App is a nightmare. Every time I try to log in I get an 'Unexpected error, something went wrong'. If I retry, I can log in. Then if I want to book a car, "No car in your area" even if I zoom out to the whole of NL, guess what pops-up then, the good old: 'Unexpected error, something went wrong'. Feel free to reach out for more context to hopefully resolve this and improve the App.

Sometimes the app works, sometimes I can't get past the first loading screen. Support team is not reachable - tried calling twice and sending them WhatsApp messages. it's been 4 days and still no reaction from them. Don't use their service if you have alternatives.

I left headphones in a car and emailed GreenWheels to ask if anyone handed them in. This was over 2 months ago and they never replied. I just borrowed another car. They said I got a parking fine that they're transferring to me but I didn't park anywhere illegally, I didn't receive a ticket, and they don't provide any information. I have to wait 6 months for the fine and their support team doesn't reply so I have to wait 6 months to appeal it.

Rented cars here for a while, until one day I booked a car that was totally destroyed. The tires were flat, the front destroyed, and it was parked in the wrong place. I called for support but they were unable ro give me an alternative and I had to waste 30 more minutes giving them all the information. I arrived even later for my appointment. At the end, they sent me an invoice to pay "my ride". I wrote a ticket but as everything seems to be automated, no one ever answered. Good luck 🤞
