App is garbage and doesn't work. I've unistalled and reinstalled it 3 times. It will work for 1 day and then I can't log in a few days later. I've enter the correct pin, and it boots me back to the login page. Terrible app.

Latest update won't let me sign in with finger prints just keepsnloading if I use password it won't recognize the password and or says signed in but won't load. Regardless 2 ph9nes both apps updated and over 2 days it won't let me access. Whenever I need stuff the app doesn't work.

Just went to use the app to get my new pink card, tells me I need to upgrade, so I do and now everything I try to use the app it either just closes or it tells me it has a bug and to restart. Please, please, please fix the god damn app!! Running with out my pink card and need it ASAP

Absolute garbage app. Changed my password twice and it still tells me I have the wrong password. Save your time and don't bother downloading

I joined sharp insurance 3 or 4 years ago. I got the app the day i joined them. It didnt work that day. Neither does it work today 3 or 4 years later. Nice to know you guys are working on it 👍 (Edit) Revisiting after new year. Been some updates. Still receiving all the wrong info in documents for payment schedule. Have to call in. every. Single. Year. Ironically, they encourage me to use the app when i call in. Every single time.

App doesn't load. Can't login at all. Very slow and laggy. The website function is just as bad. I can't even login either place to obtain my insurance information

The app never seems to work when I try to use it and it's been that way since I got it like 6 years ago/3 phones ago. it's only like a 20% chance I'll be able to even log in.

Not working. Uninstalled and installed it back. Not able to see any policies, just the make and year for my car. I'm insured with them since 4 years! And the app was very rarely working. I use Android 9.0,
