Was not able to successfully install th eSIM. The backlog to get support is ridiculous. This is NOT cool when international travelers like me require connectivity to get around at our destinations. Also, I'm not able to upload a screenshot as requested because when I do the app crashes. My phone recognizes the addition of the Hola eSim and I've selected it as my primary e-Sim and I'm still can't get connected. I am in queue to get customer support it's been saying "under a minute" for 30 mins.

Great & attentive service/app. Easy to use. informative sections prior to use. It did provide a warning that not all phone carriers allow e-sim. I purchased a week use to see if at&t would allow me but sadly they did not. The great thing about HolaFly is that they understand and will provide a full refund after emailing them. However if you're in a rush to receive the refund I suggest asking your carrier before purchase as the refund can take about a month or so. I was impressed with the service

Holafly's eSIM: Lies, Incompetence, and Frustration Holafly's eSIM service is an absolute travesty. Their marketing is nothing but blatant falsehoods, and their customer support is a complete joke. The primary reason I chose Holafly was their promise of "unlimited data sharing." This was a critical feature for my needs, as I rely on being able to distribute my connection. But the reality was the complete opposite of what they advertised. And not able to reach out to so-called support....

UPDATE: Bought the service to use it a second time in Spain and the eSim wouldn't work. My phone kept saying "Error with this Sim" and "Carrier Issue". Messaged Holafly twice about assistance or a refund since October 3. No response. ---- The app has sign-in issues, doesn't work correctly. The data service itself is good. It's reliable & setup was easy. However, speeds fluctuate from pretty fast to incredibly slow in Mexico. Works ok in Spain. Better service there.

Was debating between this and arlo. But what drew me to this one was the unlimited data. Arlo was 50 for 30gb but you had 30 days to use it. This one was only 15 days but unlimited. We were going to greece for 12 days so i picked this unlimited one and its been amazing. Speeds are pretty fast in the major metropolitan areas. I even had great signal on the ferries going to each of the different island. Ive also been hot spotting it with my wife and easily gone over 30 gigs already.

Good service, a bit more expensive than local alternatives, but you're paying for the convenience, which it is. Customer service is excellent, I recommend extending if you need more days rather than getting a sim all over because I ran into issues with suppocate activation codes, but the customer service agent actually extended it the two days I needed it beyond what was in the package I had purchased at no additional cost so it all worked out great really.

Hola, I have been a loyal customer since 2022 and have used their services multiple times. I have even referred friends directly to their services. I am disappointed to learn that they have raised prices when I know there are better options in the e-sim market. The price of the 3-month European plan went up more than 30%. No gracias. Lo próxima vez iré con la competencia. Ustedes no son los únicos en el mercado Europeo y Latino Américano. If you are going to the US, holafly is not the cheapest.

Holafly is great when it works, infuriating when it doesn't, which happens far too often. I used holafly in Poland because I was unsatisfied with my local orange sim. Holafly made it easy to switch between different network operators and it was unlimited which is hard to find in Poland. However there are many times when it would just stop working altogether. No connection to internet at all. I had to contact support and they would usually fix it right then and there, or they wouldn't respond
