On android: bug following basic functions on latest version: - Log in: The password renders an extra space at the end by default. Users had to make it visible to delete the extra space to proceed. - Announcement: Don't outright display all updates in contrast to previous versions. Users have to search keyword to show updates. Users can miss latest update. Although I did not validate this with other android users, it's presumed the same for others. Phone used: S23 Ultra with MS Swiftkey

It's somewhat faster than before, though not really by much. I don't get notifications anymore since the app apparently logs me out every single time I leave it. Please add a "keep me logged in" setting.

Cannot add additional unit. It says "tenants are not allowed to use this feature, although, I'm not a tenant. Tried creating new account for specific property, but upon reaching step 3 and clicking "proceed", nothing happened. Tried again but now it says that "email already registered". Going back on the login page, it now says "invalid username/password". When you click on "forgot password", it now says that email is not registered.

It says "bad credentials" even if I've already changed my password and RECEIVED password change confirmation. I can't even log in. My goodness this app is a nightmare

The latest update is terrible. Can't even file a gate pass, it just displays a white screen then will crash. Now I can't open the app, it says bad credentials. Tried to change my password and it's still bad credentials!

App keeps on shutting down. Also, App info keeps on coming up, and I'm not able to log in to the app because of that.

Always says "bad credentials" even though I have my correct password. I even reset to make sure but it still doesn't allow me to log in

Same issue as everyone else, when u discontinue the application process you get logged out and can't log back in. Very frustrating experience. You should have at least an alternative to not use this at all and go through your PMO directly.
