I love bountiful baskets, but not this app. It wont let me login. I can quite easily login on any browser, but whenever I try loging into the app it tells me I have the wrong credentials. Reading through the reviews I'm not the only one with the problem, so its definitely an issue with the app. Sad. I was looking forward to using the app. It sounded more convenient.

Website said to download the app to get pick up information, I presume due to Covid-19. I downloaded the app, chose the "join" option based on previous reviews, and despite repeatedly receiving the confirmation email and touching confirm, the app keeps saying it can't confirm. Deleted and redownloaded with same results. Attempted to go through the browser but get a message saying the security certificate expired 6 days ago. Why not continue using email which typically worked?

I understand this is a new effort as far as the app is concerned; but, it's not working. It is not allowing others or myself to log in. Something is whacked. - Okay, I started to think and decided I would "Join" on the app. I now have access. Why can't member information be streamlined from the web to the app? It would be more user-friendly if it was. We'll see how this goes. I still prefer emails and the website over the app. Thanks your efforts.

After installing, changing my password twice, uninstalling and reinstalling, it still says I have the wrong credentials. I emailed about this issue 10 days ago and haven't heard a peep. Not off to a great start.

I couldnt login to the app. It says my password is wrong. I'm able to login to the site... changed my password on the full site because the apps password link doesn't send an email and same thing. Deleting app. I'm going to stick to the site.

Horrible, Horrible App. I feel straight up rage that we are being asked to use an app that doesn't work worth sh**. I even created two new accounts with different email addresses and none of them will work on this app. This is the absolute worst. I reached out to Bountiful Baskets and never got a response either.

App does not work. It downloads but will not log in. I even changed my password to be sure I had the correct one from the website. I will stick to the website for everything until this so is fixed or brought to the current day and age of technology.

Been getting wrong credentials for months, so I stopped opening the app. I was hoping this last update would fix it. I think it's time to uninstall - it's just wasting space on my phone.
