This update fixes the issue with not being able to set cutting height. It also includes other improvements and bug fixes. Husqvarna is continuously improving the experience in Automower® Connect.

App needs a lot of work. App Drive repeatedly and persistantly turns the mower the wrong way. I don't think the servos update direction properly before activating. Manual Restart is unnecessary for lost GNSS, slipped, out of work area, and so many more. If I can see it, I can drive it. I'll resolve any problems. "Stopped mowing unexpectedly" notifications should be pushed to me, minimizing babysitting. Add "split/combine regions" to mapping. Maybe a much more robust desktop app?

Purchased automower 430XH two years ago. Installed boundary wire, set everything up, and it just... WORKED. It was great. Since, there have been updates both to the mower itself, and the app. Even though my lawn hasn't changed, and the guide wire hasn't changed, almost EVERY update has resulted in worse mowing coverage. It's gotten so bad that some areas get mowed every few minutes, and other parts of the yard (large middle parts of the yard!) are untouched for DAYS, and I have to push mow them.

Love the mowers (415X and 435x) Not too crazy about the app. When connected to Bluetooth, the app thinks both machines are off the coast of Africa. They are actually in Northern Kentucky USA. When only connected through the cloud, location is basically correct. Also when trying to send commands to the 435x, the app crashes if Bluetooth is connected. I have to restart the app and send the command before Bluetooth has a chance to connect. Does anybody at Husqvarna actually read these reviews?

Appears to have the needed functionality initially, but then falls short. Repeated problems connecting to the mower and updating commands. Clunky scheduling tool is difficult to adjust and override choices (1) make no sense, and (2) don't work anyway. App previously showed mower tracking, and now just shows current position...somewhat. If running multiple mowers, it's a pain to switch back and forth. Dashboard should show multiple mowers at once. NEED A DESKTOP APP NOW!

Pretty great app. Seems to consistently work well. I wish some of the descriptions were a little bit better of what the options did. I don't feel like it's always intuitive for example the "spiral cutting intensity"... Not sure if high setting or low setting we'll make it activate more often. But overall seems to be a pretty great app.

The interface on the mower is pretty clunky, not 'back friendly'. The app, which we mostly use, is great! Only used a few weeks so far. Rarely unresponsive, or unable to send commands to the mower. Really love the details. The push notifications are audible on our old LGs, and have gotten us out of bed to handle problems. GPS is only about a min delayed, so it's easy in the dark to know the general direction to head when finding the mower. Usually exactly the last know position.

Well, it's the only app that works for this mower.. I like the fact that you can set up most settings through the app, however it disconnects as soon as you turn on another app and I never get notifications when the mower errors and stops working. Also, i can only use within a few feet of the base station. The mowing area and exit angle settings are also just bogus.. I haven't noticed that the mower really follows any of these.. Finally, how about a setting to mow systematically vs random?!

App hangs often and won't give current status changes of the mower for several minutes. At times it won't allow operational changes to be saved. And no, this is not due to marginal local network infrastructure. Actually, it's no different from the mower itself which does a quality job only on a random basis. It's kind of like Forest Gump's chocolate box. You never know what you're going to get. Update May 17, '23. After the app update the communication with the mower is much worse.
