The app used to be so simple-just scan and earn Flame Points. Now, it's overly complicated. You're forced to either link a credit/debit card so they can track your purchases (and only for one primary card), or go through the hassle of manually uploading receipts. What happened to the simplicity that made this app great?

This app still needs work. had I not accidentally touched the side of my screen, I'd never have known how to get the menus to come over to sign in and everything else. There's also an error when opening the app saying something went wrong and to reopen the app.

Looks okay but keeps giving me an error message to restart the app anytime I open it. My rewards are gone too but I guess they could've expired.

New app and first experience is me driving across town because the app defaulted me to some random Blaze Pizza store. Oh and one of the pizza was completely wrong.

10 x better than old app. Easy to apply discounts and coupons.

Current app breaking bug, cannot add name or card number of new cards. Also appears in online browser, and ios version of app. I love blaze but I can imagine that is really bad for business. Also notice that toppings available in store do not appear on the app. Specifically yellow pepper and salami which makes me always have to call ahead because sometimes they dont read the note to add that.

app really sucks, sooooo slow and glitchy, takes forever to place an order

Single worst online ordering app I've ever used. Wife put in an order and it went to the wrong store. Called the store immediately - and got told (within two minutes of hitting the place order button) "Sorry, too late." So I ordered from my app, and it was supposed to offer a built-in coupon (which I added in the app and then placed the order). Once the order is placed - no coupon savings. Screwed twice. Uninstalling. Order with extreme caution.
