The payment options aren't actually available when you need them and when I tried to load units, it glitched and timed out. You can't have an app in Zim that doesn't take local cards and if you're going to create your own systems, make sure the way to successfully use them is written down and accessible to users. It stopped working when I needed it the most but it hasn't been all bad. The drivers are good and punctual.

The app is great. Used it to book a taxi and it worked perfectly well. The taxi fares are very competitive compared to other taxi services. However I have privacy concerns. I'm not sure why app requires location access even when not in use. I don't see why it cannot work when locatuon access is granted only when the app is in use.

I was a huge fan of this App until the day it billed me for a trip that didn't happen. It took a few days of arguing for the error to be rectified. Now I have $25 in my wallet that I am failing to transact with. After today's experience allow me to downgrade my rating. This app is actually USELESS. I regret topping my wallet with $25. Uninstalling this one.

Drivet arrived on time but I ended up paying more than I was shown when I had booked the ride. Please just show the actual amount. It's annoying to have to pay more than I would have budgeted for. Would give half a star or no star at all if there was such an option. Utterly disappointed 😞

I give Hwindi a try every now and again, then regret the decision almost instantly and delete the app because I CAN NEVER GET A RIDE, LIKE EVER. I also hate how I have to look for alternative locations in the vicinity of where I actually want to go because they just won't show up when I type them in the search bar. 😒

My first time experience was very pleasant. Booking for my ride was a breeze in the app. There were timely notifications from the driver on the App's chat feature. They're also flexible on the payment methods they accept.

the service is better and more affordable than vaya . but the glitches in the app are forcing users to opt for vaya. the app will not allow me to book later. it doesn't work on mobile data. only on wifi. and it takes forever to get a ride. please fix it...

Was great till the last update. Drivers seem to get a different location to what is provided on the app, takes ages to get a ride. Can't use visa anymore, generic errors on trying to topup. Support aren't really responsive on the issue. Hopefully they fix them update: support responded. let's hope this gets fixed soon!
