I am only installing this because I need to sign in for school. there email system doesn't work at all what so ever, I couldn't get password change or verification emails, but suspiciously get emails for other 2FA methods. I bricked the normal 2FS sign up by selecting it then back out. IBM, you need to fix this garbage ASAP. Update: the this app doesn't work either, the qr code just says something went wrong and there is no manual code provided to input. This transcends trash.

The app once setup is smooth to use and never lets you down. However, during the first setup on new device, you might wonder on how to put up the QR code. It was sorted for me, by my organization internal threads. Overall , a very handy app after the setup.

question but the support page sent me to another that simply said page not found, IBM quantum platform, Do quantum superposition in programing means that it can be both 1 and 0 until it's observe? I guess that this means for security at least, that any saved info on a quantum computer on qubits, even if you get access to all the code, without the actual password to reveal the position of each qubit, it would be impossible to get and can be done so the wrong password gives false info or a virus?

Provides errors on both ends: website (CSIAH3112E) and this app ("Oops, something went wrong") and it locked my account due to your errors. IBM used to be the pinnacle for quality products including security. Now, it seems they can't get a basic authentication application to work properly given my experience and the reviews below. Please do better. Until they do, I suggest using Cisco DUO.

I keep getting the error "Can't play this video." It doesn't allow me to migrate to the QR Scan page. Please help.

Hello, The app is not able to receive push notification in samsung s23 ulta. This app is not listed in notification permission manager even afte the permission to send notification and unrestricted battery usage is assigned along with all ticks in the security assessment. The push service is working for other phones too. Is it a bug at app side or in the phone? Regards, Abhishek

App keeps crashing so I cannot get my business email anymore. It did work fine before yesterday when my password was entered wrong and my device erased. Now the App won't open so I cannot get into email via my phone - please help. Tried many different things but like I said it won't open.

Simply doesn't work. The scan is really bad. The app doesn't auto focus and there are are no manual focus controls. So my the app is unable to capture an image on my phone. I use several other apps that use a Qcode and they work every time.
