The device has killed my car battery every day it's been installed. The app is useless unless they are taking money. I was directed to the app for everything but everything including lease signing had to be done not in the app. If you call with caller ID they route your call into directory hell. It hasnt been one week yet. I can't start my car without help. Battery isnt even 2 years old. The agents always ask for reviews and i will begin leaving them in droves. Price no where near the stated og.

App is alright, product itself is a money grab. I haven't drank in three years, but I still got violated into a lockout because the device asked for a retest mere minutes after I initially started the car, AFTER I had turned it off and exited the vehicle. The video camera that's installed in the car with Intolalock obv can't tell if a person isn't in the car after it's been shut off, so they'll gladly let this ridiculous quirk continue and collect an extra 75$ per violation.

This company is nothing but thieves. They will rob you through lockout fees. Youll even get surprise ones when there was no violation. They act like its about stopping drunk drivers from driving. But they are only out to get as much of your money as they can. (Speculation) Im sure they remotely trigger false events to lead to lockouts. And on some states you cant have it removed and marked as compliant without having a month of no lockouts. & It doesn't matter if it was someone else driving.

I downloaded your app hoping it would help me change between my house machine and the one in my truck but it does not. Nor does your web page and im assuming that no one lessons when you call about it ether. It's pretty bad that this company has the worst reviews of all the interlock companies out there considering it was forced on us in the first place. When my lease is up I will change I don't care if the other guys charge more.

This is a scam and a money laundering Ponzi scheme that's not meant for safety it's about stealing your hard earned money $70 every two weeks, plus they tack on extra hidden fees and charge you $81 for a reset lockout when you bring it in for a simple 60 day calibration.

False readings about once a month and their device just died on me after 3 false readings in one month. Several times I got in my car at 4am it read right at the acceptable limit(.025). 10 min later it read all zeros. Today it left me stranded at a busy intersection. I went through the trouble shooting with someone who spoke impeccable English only to find out the device was faulty. They have to schedule the appointment mentioned to get it replaced which takes forever as it has to be within you.

If I may we had made a mistake and working hard at our mistake and pay every day for this plus what we are paying every time you charge our credit card. When our time for our mistake hopefully soon what else is our bill!!!! So that we can hopefully prepare our self's?

The absolute WORST company I have ever dealt with. Total scam with backend fees and forced charges that are completely unnecessary and only arbitrarily added. The lie on the phone. They lie to your face. BEWARE!
