The new updated system is appalling. The previous version was a wonderful, full literacy programme, this new version can only be described as basic at best. The 'intuitive' software simply doesn't work. An absolute waste of money now. Such a shame as it was so very good before.

Zero star for the new platform..You spoiled all the good learning. Not user friendly. You cannot learn by gradewise learning with this new version. Get the old platform. You will certainly lose all the old customers and new customers will be hesitant unless they are unaware of other good apps than this new pkatform. Very very unhappy. Has it been tested by the educators? I dont think so.

One way entry. Once you sign up , you could never cancel it... horrible and scam interface. You have to go through the bank to stop the payments

It was a great learning program before the recent update. In particular we miss being able to input our own spelling words to practice ( the main reason we use the program).

Ah, forgive me but I can't stand this new update- the avatars' design is very masculine and kinda ugly.. the avatar items r also distorted. The minigames (for all I know) have disappeared and the tasks aren't as fun. Please remove this new style :( we love the old Literacy Planet!

The UI looks like a Chinese nockoff from 1999 because it looks like it wasnt supposed to be there also after to try to login I'll remind you they own the trademark and also the login screen will just turn white so trash app don't install waste of your time

Whatever happened to the old app? It was wonderful.This new one is very basic and not user friendly at all. It also does not provide enough learning material.
