Since they updated the cloud app and the firmware on my controller this version of the app is hit or miss (the cloud app doesn't work at all). This one randomly deletes presets and I can't get any scheduled events to work. Used to work perfectly fine even though the app wasn't very fancy. At least it used to be reliable... UPDATE: just avoid Jellyfish completely. They have TERRIBLE customer service (ie 100% non existent). Go with Gemstone, Everlights, or anything else besides JellyFish lights!

I was so excited to get my system installed and up and running. Great system but the app is really disappointing. Constant connectivity issues. Designers if you're reading this, PLEASE make the app cloud based! Having to be in wifi range is really limiting. It would be nice to be able to stand out in the street in front of the house while customizing to get a good view of the overall look.

This app is awful. There are several things they could do to make this more functional, simplest thing being to put the list in alphabetical order. But my schedules stopped working. Separately, setting the date on the calendar schedule resets itself back to a wrong date. Missing column headers to actually explain what the checkbox and slider are for. How-to videos don't even work. No instruction on how to use the HMI on the controller itself, so how am I supposed to reset WiFi. Frustrating.

These lights cost a fortune. They're fun, when they work. I've had multiple service calls since installation trying to fix a variety of issues. One gets fixed, and another occurs. For days now I've been unable to change over to Christmas lights (from fall) as I cannot connect to the Jellyfish controller. Beyond frustrated.

Wasted my money with this system. App hardly works anymore. Schedule system never turns on. Does not keep saved schedules. Does not work half the time. Color bars are super small and don't always stay in place when changing colors. Orange is not orange...its yellow. I am sure there are better light systems out there....wish I had not of wasted my money.

Please make this cloud based. It sucks and frustrating right now. I have two boxes and can never find both, only one. I should not have to keep "resetting the WiFi" to get it to work every single time. If we pay a premium for the damn lights, the app should be premium as well. Let's get on this ASAP!

What junk! I paid all this money to have a beautiful system that doesn't work. This new app is bad. It often cant connect and when it FINALLY did connect and I RE-set up my schedules THEY STILL DONT TURN ON. Honestly, if its not too late for you... go with TrimLight. My neighbors that went with them saved money AND have a system that works!!!

App works fine, but the calendar is poorly designed. The calendar includes the year. Which means I have to update the calendar every year. If I schedule Halloween lights from Oct 1st to Oct 31, that should be yearly. I should not have to reschedule it yearly.
