This is a horrible app and I don't recommend wasting your time on it. The map doesn't work properly and the button to select where I live is grayed out. I've tried on my phone, my tablet, and my wife's phone. Every time I enter my credit card details, it comes back as 'transaction failed'. I've tried multiple CCs, all of which work fine on other apps like Talabat. I tried submitting a help request, but customer service never responds.

very professional and very practical app! I tried their laundry service and I can just say it's amazing and time consuming. while sitting at home I open the app choose the items that I want to dry clean, select the date and time that are convenient for me. it's an easy app and not complicated at all.

Customer support is still not great and missing app features (live tracking, greying out unavailable services, etc.) bring down the quality of this app and service. 3* 2022: Collections and deliveries no longer arrive on schedule.
