With all of the overwhelming negative reviews, what I don't understand is why it still works so poorly. Today is the first time I have used it. I would have preferred an option to come back to a profile as an alternative to "like". At best, it is a work in process. However, the photos on the app are far better than the photos on the laptop/desktop version. A friend turned down their offer to fix the bugs. Still pretty useless.

I managed to get a refund from this company. A lot of you guys are saying it's not possible but if you request the refund through your bank then your bank contacts jwed (the merchant) and you can get your money back. I paid using discover. Jwed is a bad app because it is hard to navigate and when you pay for it you don't get access to a matchmaker or anything it promises. You cannot chat with people. You can only like their profile and that's it and it doesn't look like you can receive messages.

First of all you have to upgrade so people can respond to the choices. It seems as over half of the people haven't responded in over 2 years. There pictures are just kept there so it appears as if there are more choices. There are tons of people with really no profiles or pictures. No way to know if they are even real people. Most likely they are not. I only got one response from them. They gave me a good luck speach and said they were leaving the service. But they were sure to mention that it

Writing is virtually unreadable being too small and light. I get notifications that dont exist. There are numbers on top of the App but dont go away even when you open the App and look at everything you can. Just false notifications that wont go away. Useless. Updates even when i do them cobtinues to ask you to update going in circles. Not allowing you to get to the inside. This site needs large amoubts of work.

It's ok...my main problem is their, sort of, 'bait and switch'. They promote a discount price to get you to join, BUT if you actually want to CONTACT someone, you have to pay an additional fee, which doubles the "discounted" price...THATS NOT RIGHT.

text is too light, pictures are cut off not centered in initial intro, pics can be sideways, there are people who are deceased, people totally inactive ..6/28 addendum.. and to further emphasize the point of lack of quality and interest in fixing or enhancing its product...the original review was posted..6/24...2day its 4 days later...do you see any response from representatives of company? no there hasnt been..yes they started a wonderful thing...and people are still meeting etc...but..

It's offering me an upgrade that I can't install right now. The current version keeps opening to a page asking me to confirm a photo that I upload a year ago, with no way to get out of that screen but to close the app.

Impossible to cancel. Prepare to jump through hoops unlike reputable companies. Before signing up, check to see how you would cancel. There is nowhere to actually cancel that I have found. Their FAQs are worthless.
