This app is best overall but it doesn't not provide videos download facility.This feature should be add in the app for user's helping. it is not provide live chat help and always shows that our agent is not available at this time.

The leaderboard does not work. There are no features available to us while watching videos: the screen does not rotate, lectures do not move forward when double clicked on the right side of screen, most of the lectures are slow and time consuming, we can not speed up the video as in youtube. These features must be included and leaderboard should be fixed

The interface is surprisingly good but The server is very slow. Can i make a suggestion? You should add a download option inside the app. Like the download button present in most of the YouTube videos. And also add a skip to 10 seconds forward button. That will be very helpful. And please change your biology and physics teachers. Their teaching methods are just terrible. I didn't understand a thing. The chemistry teacher is absolutely great. The way he teaches is just magnificent 😍

Many lectures are missing. The app is also very lagging it pushes us back to the sign in tab without any reason. There are also some wrong answers in the test (with respect to what the teacher taught us). To sum it up it has many bugs but the lectures are great (the ones which aren't missing of course). I hope they fix these bugs to ensure the users better quality

The lectures are very good and informative. Also the teachers explain most of the things well but they also leave some points making us difficult to understand. The video lectures are very slow even though my net connection is very good. Waste alot of time. A lecture of 20 minutes takes a complete hour to load. Please improve the speed of the videos so that we can acheive more in short time and our time may not be wasted.

1- The server is just awful. The response time can take from 10 to 20 seconds. MOSTLY SERVER DOESN'T RESPOND. 2- The mobile application itself is laggy and has outdated user interface. 3- There is no option of listening to lectures at 1.5X or 2X on the application, however this option is available on laptop. There is no double tap to skip 10 seconds option.SMH. 4- The response from teachers is limited to mere texts. 5- Other institutes charge way less money and provide way better service.

I am giving it 2 stars because your teaching staff is not good. The teacher support option doesnt work. It gets stuck at loading. The teaching staff is absolutely terrible and their teaching method is in this way that i dont underatand a thing. Only one teacher is good (English). He knows what he is doing and teaches in a great way. I am in the june session and there is a glitch with the leaderboard that students of May session are also shown.

It's a realm of knowledge and learning. I love the animated lectures and 24/7 assistance of some of the best teachers in the country. However, the app does habe some technical glitches, and frequent breakdowns either in terms of updating the app or uploading stuff. If resolved it is one of the perfect online learning apps!
