Would rate it with negative stars if I could. Support tab no longer shows telematics install. Have to Uninstall and then try to reinstall with hopes it might work. Service certification mandates that every unit with telematics is activated but the manufacturer cannot keep an app working correctly to be able to complete this.

Worked fine, suddenly useless. With the new update suddenly all the links to do anything send you out of the app to the Internet. Absolute abysmal sign-in process and PDI causes issues and it's asking for a Youreka licence now. Absolutely stupid. Update 10/23: PDI is now in-app again, but does not have QR scan for unit entry, and telematics IMEI scanner now just does not work. Good job, K. You took something that worked and broke it.

Now I can't even log in. I used to be able to log in but couldn't access serial # lookup. The recent update made logging in much better. Update: I am having a lot of issues with the machine search not showing up.

This app is terrible. Never works correctly. Must be deleted and installed multiple times. Log in errors constantly. Expected as a dealer to use this app for pdi but can't even use it. Needs major work and should never have been released for use until the bugs are worked out.

it would be nice if the app would consistently work to where i can pair my modems and not have it repeatedly say No record data....this is getting aggravating Kubota....

It's a dealer supported app. If you're a consumer you can't create an account from here as this directly corresponds with what we do on the service side. Everything works as it should. Mainly using it for PDI and creating cases while on the unit itself. Again, this isn't a consumer app in which you can track your maintenance... (Seriously, you can't look in your operators manual to see when you need to complete service? - it literally tells you the milestones).

When the app works it great. But about once a month it stops working. Can't due PDI inspections, and can't get in to set up the GPS options.

No machine search ability thru the support function. I am not able to search unit serial # 2 other coworkers have the IOS version thru Apple are able to look up units. Still waiting on the Google version to be usable in a daily way.
