I love lashify products but this app needs lots of work. Updating my subscription box is like pulling teeth, there's always an error message when I try to change the items. When I'm actually able to select items you have to scroll through a long list of lashes, literally all the lashes in all the sizes 😒 Another issue is the cart, if you click on a map it adds lashes to the cart and won't let you remove them.. I don't feel comfortable leaving things in the cart after closing the app.

I love Lashify's product. LOVE! But the app AND the website are both terrible. They have been changed a few times, always saying it will be better, but then it's worse. Not user friendly At All. So frustrating when all I want is to get more product, and keep giving up and walking away. Please get a pro to build you a great USER FRIENDLY app and website once and for all!

Very natural looking lashes. They look like professional lashes for about 1/3rd of the price. Best DIY Eyelashes on the market! Now I'm hoping they will make in the future a great brow ink that the professional salons use. Then I will be free of going to the Spa to get my brows Temporarily done. We'll definitely worth getting. The best on the market the others will never compare! 5 stars!!!

It could be good but it's just poorly made. Make sure you are ordering and putting together luxe boxes on the actual website because anything you do on the app won't be saved and you'll receive the wrong order. The images are often the wrong size and look weird on this app. Also, not really a resource in any way. Ideally there'd be a vast collection of lash maps but on the app there's 3 or 4 and they're all very similar. Swing and a miss so far, hopefully someone is fixing app and site.

I love these lashes. I'm converting from getting lash extensions and I would argue that these look very much like lash extensions. There's a little learning curve but it's not nearly as bad as I thought it was going to be. This is going to save me a ton of money and time. Looking forward to my real lashes growing back and also still having that no make up look everyday!

lashify is EVERYTHING they say it is! beautiful lashes, easy application. the only draw back..the price. I would feel better about this, IF they gave you full size melt away remove, large size bond. then the initial control set would seem like an initial investment. at 145 dollars plus shipping, you really have to purchase full size AND more lashes the next purchase

I'm a fan of the app, its nice being able to change my selections in my luxe box from my phone. I also like being able to save my lash maps for future reference. But I wish it was easier to change/edit the choices without scrolling through a million items.

There have been major improvements in 2023 and the app is far more usable now. The filters when viewing merch pages aren't particularly helpful and often don't work, but other general functionality is far better now.
