Some of the setup screens are completely unusable (pixel 9 pro) because the "done" button overlaps the status bar (time, battery, signal strength, etc). I could only get it to work by setting my phones accessibility setting for low vision users to big fonts and even then it was hard to tap in just the right spot to have the "done" button work reliably.

Purchased a new levolor motorized blind from a local home store and had it installed. Works great with the remote but when I download the app, I cannot add The motorized shade without adding a hub first. The level or hub is over $200 at the local home store. Why can't I just add the shade to the app and control it through my phone? It's almost like a ploy to get you to spend more money. Ridiculous. Wasted my time downloading this app. If I could give it zero stars I would.

levolor inmotion app requires permission to create alarms and reminders, giving it read/write access to private data on your phone. They make this a requirement for the app to even start up... absolutely not trusting these developers. and the blinds suck too. wish I had bought something cheap off AliExpress or something... would have had fewer issues and been able to integrate them with the rest of my smart home devices using Home Assistant.

Wow! Does NOT work! Well, I decided to buy motorized blinds. I decided to purchase both the remote and hub at the same time. I just installed my first of my blinds, paired it with the remote, and the blind works great! I decided to install the app and check out the app functions. Like someone else mentioned with a Pixel 8, I don't believe the app has been updated to work with Android 14. The app just crashes closed when trying to open it. Hopefully it will get an update AND overhaul.

Latest versions are very good. Very happy. Few bugs still. Updated: figured out a trick to connect the shades finally after hours trying. Unplug the hub of back in connect another. Still was frustrating. Once connected I do love the app but it took some figuring out to get going. It has excellent features when they work. Shades are very very nice, but the app was frustrating. Really love the apps features just need them to work more consistently. Connecting rough. When connected very nice.

The app is buggy and not user friendly. Just to pair a shade, I had to call customer service to find out that the workaround is to tap the next button before pressing the pair button. Then, there are meaningless error messages that pop up whenever you add a new shade or view a shade's settings. If you add a secondary user, the routines they create don't show up for the primary user! Lastly, this is more about the hardware, but each hub has about a 15 ft range, no where near the advertised 98 ft.

This app is terrible. It can't keep track of if the shades are up or down. The battery shows 100% every time you open it. The hub is about ten feet from the closest shade, yet every shade has one bar of "service". The shade that's furthest away in the same line of windows randomly stops working, and the battery lasts 38 days. Thats going up and down once per day. There is no notification that the battery is dead. You are left wondering why it doesn't work. It's like you need one hub per shade

I have cellular shades that open from both the bottom and top. The app is very buggy. It displays a shade as open when it is really closed, it sometimes lists a shade as 180% open, configuring scenes required me adding each shade twice. I can normally get the shade to the position I want after two or three tries, but it rarely happens on the first. Once the scenes are configured though, they work much better than trying to control individual shades; I now only use scenes.
