It is good but the driver mobile number will switched off when the passengers will call anytime switch off , passengers will be afraid so don't do switch off atleast u have to respond then the passenger will be able to not be afraid but in this app u have get more updates and re built like when we are booking booking pepsu bus it should come directly in our WhatsApp. PNR bus details etc.then it was totally good

This app should be renamed as "PEPSU Online AC Bus Booking" and not "PEPSU Online" which represents all the buses. This app only shows you very limited service when they have a vast number of buses and services covering almost every small and big cities.

so i booked a ticket by mistake from delhi to patiala recently. i saw my mistake n tried cancelling my ticket but the app doesnt let me cancel the ticket even though it clearly has an option for it . kindly help me with my problem

Such a worse app.even i dont wnat give this one star. developers have to make its batter with wider range of route rather than given routes. Acc to passenger's need.this app only for AC BUSES, NOT FOR ORDINARY busses.it is totally wasteage of time.cheep like governmental buses.👎👎developer are so poor in there work.

Money was debited from my account. No ticket confirmation given. When I called customer care they said you will get refund. But I didn't get any refund. Don't fall for this Scam.

Please request to all not online booking , reason , online bus fare to high compare to offline booking & app not properly working and not add all stop in route

worst experience application is not working...it is not showing any single bus from jalandhar to Amritsar ... even Amritsar is not selected in destination useless application
