Service itself is decent. Only complaint with the service is that stores are usually missing a few items. However, the app itself is extremely painful. When searching a store, after selecting an item and pressing back, the search term is cleared. This makes selecting items PAINSTAKING. It's been this way for a year. Do the engineers even use the app?

The service is broken. I am unable to make an order. It just keeps asking me to log in again. Before the checkout itself broke, the tracking was broken, I was never able to see when my orders were coming. EDIT: They silently deactivated my account for repeatedly ordering shipments of nothing but 200 pounds of potatoes. After I contacted customer service they reactivated my account however I have not forgiven them for the hungry days incurred.

I've been using the service as a member for 2 years+. It was 2/5 with frequent app issues and possible skimming from mercato (not the merchants). As an update, finding a store who has great customer service is key and when you do, 5/5. Sadly, mercato themselves are a bit scammy. Today I had a $300 estimated total that came out to $287 due to missing items. I was refunded the item amount only but not the proper sales tax & service fee. Even worse, the tax & fee came out to MORE. HOW?! Skimming.

DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!! I occasionally use this service. Found out a credit card I used on here was compromised. Someone attempted to use my information to make multiple purchases on here - fortunately the card was locked and it was unsuccessful, but these failed transactions have now caused me to no longer be able to use my own card here because of scammers. App security is as bad as doordash - will no longer be able to use this app moving forward.....

Do not fall for this scam!!! I was looking for a type of cheese that I like & found them to have it at a cheaper price! They promised $75 off your 1st 3 orders in $25 increments but you have to input your credit information & you will be charged immediately however you can try risk free for 30 days & cancel if you are not happy with the service & they will refund you your money, no questions asked! This is not the case! I was charged $104 on my credit card, went to cancel immediately after signi

I would like to recommend this platform. I had what I thought was a horrible experience but it was quickly resolved. Clei was extremely helpful. She had all the qualities of an amazing customer service rep. Professionalism, effective communication skills, and knowledge about what was needed to be done. If you have a problem with the taste, smell or texture of your food, the terrible AI customer "service" will be of absolutely no help. You must submit a photo of what's wrong, which is fine if your eggs are broken or a visible expiration date has passed but is pointless if your chicken smells off or your berries taste sour. No other food delivery apps make consumers go through hoops when the product is bad.

I absolutely love this service. It's better than Any other food delivery service because it's specifically for supermarkets, meat markets and deli's in your zip code. Today was the first time I used this service and my order went perfect. Everything was in stock and my order was ready for pick up in an hour. When I arrived my order was bagged and ready for me. The staff was very helpful. I still give it 5 stars even though the closest supermarkets to me are 1 mile or further.
