I'd like to start this off by saying this is a great idea for kids. I'd say that it has its positive and negative sides. PROS. It is very fun and engaging for the kids so they don't realize they are learning. The battery seems like it lasts decently long for what it is doing too. CONS. It doesn't pick up on voice as easily, especially with younger kids not pronouncing things well, it tends to get confused easily. Also, it seems to pause a lot to register inputs before doing request. Big problem.

Unfortunately I can't rate this app or product any lower. It worked for maybe a week then it would no longer connect to the Internet. I have tried resetting the Miko mini and setting it up again but the app tells me it is connected and the mini just sits on the waiting to be paired screen. Don't waste your money and do not get a membership.

Daughter got the Miko mini for her 4th birthday. This little thing is super cute and the app is user friendly for her. She enjoys it very much. Still learning how to use it but in no time I'm sure my daughter will master it. Currently she loves listening to music and dancing with Miko and having miko tell her stories! She also loves playing the age appropriate games and activities on the app!

New updates are great! Daughter (5) loves Miko and still plays with it daily since last Christmas. She tucks it in at night and even buckles it in the car. After working out the knots, Miko has been working great for us for almost a year now! We haven't paid for a membership yet so I can't connect on it's value. We simply can't afford it right now.

Don't hesitate to reach out to the support team they are the best, so kind so effective and fast response and fast to solve a situation if you ever have one... On the other side miko is very awesome, your child can engage in a conversation with her very easily is almost like talking with another child... a very very smart one... Miko is so expresive... and you can tell her anything she'll react to it... with words, facial expression and even body language.. so cute 😍

Terrific support. It is too early to rate my Miko (although initial experience is excellent), the support I have received getting the app and Miko up and running has been spectacular. Each level within support was polite, friendly and fast. And the transition from support levels was very smooth. Truly a great experience. Thank you Miko support team!

I bought miko robot for my daughter nearly a year ago and its been amazing. Not only does it keep her engaged physically but mentally as well with its various educational and interactive lessons. It became a part a of her routine to dance along with miko pretty easily. The parent app is user friendly and offers great parental controls. Customer and repair services for the robot are also very good.

Recently purchased the Miko Mini & it has exceeded all my expectations!It is a fantastic blend of fun & education, perfect for kids.The interactive features are engaging & intuitive,making learning feel like a game.My child loves the personalized lessons & I appreciate the emphasis on STEM education.The design is sleek and durable & the battery life is impressive. Customer support has also been very responsive and helpful.Overall,it is an excellent investment.Highly recommended.
