Works okay but logs you out of the app very frequently. It has been getting worse with recent updates since it is no longer possible to paste a password into the password field meaning your alarm will go off whilst you try and copy it letter by letter from a password manager. Samsung's password manager won't insert the password either since it now says that it isn't a password field. Good alarm system otherwise but I would not recommend it for this reason.

Cannot activate alarms from the app. Error message: "Action failed". Sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. Password has to be written every time I open the app. This started happening during summer. Sometimes app is extremely slow. Annoying, when you are trying trying to shut off triggered alarm. Integration to Home Assistant got broken. I don't know which party is responsible. Instead of apoligizing I would suggest doing something about all these issues. You must find this funny..!

App has generally been working fine for the 3 years I've had the alarm system. However for the past few weeks it fails to remember my password, making me enter it every time I open the app to enable or disable the alarm. Really inconvenient. I have biometrics enabled for log in too and it rarely ever uses it. The exact same issue is happening on my wife's phone as well, and from the comments, it's a common issue.

all the app does is constantly log you out. you log back in and then it instantly logs you back out again, fingerprint sensor is enabled but this doesn't even fix it. very frustrating and thinking of changing alarm system as the app isn't fit for purpose

Received a response from the developer to my previous post due to the problems regarding notifications not working. The update stated that 3.5.0 has fixed the issues - IT HASN'T. Four days into the update and not one notification. Waste of time. Now going to look at Verisure and some other systems.

Used to work ok, but now just constantly looks out or resets biometric settings, normally just when you need to disarm the alarm. It's really inconvenient and a massive disgrace on the Yale product which itself is well designed. The software developers for this app should be ashamed of themselves for releasing such a bad piece of clearly untested code ... not that I think they care based on the plethora of other bad reviews. A really bad reflection on the company.

The app has recently stopped remembering and using biometric fingerprint login and making me enter the password every time. Previously it worked ok. This seems to have been caused by the new version 3.5.0 of the app. Can Yale please sort this out.

notifications worked while installing and testing the alarm. now their not working at all.......still not working after the recent update no point using the app at all
