I switched cause I was paying nearly 60+ for one line with AT&T. I saw MobileX promoted at the XGames. I said, "Why not?" I can always change back. I never did. I love how I can pay $30 unlimited down to like $12 when I know I won't be using that much data. The price and value is there. Only think keeping from 5 stars is no visual voicemail support. I hope that changes soon. Until then 4 out of 5.

I was charged $9.88 for a SIM card which I was told was a refundable one dollar. When I downloaded the app it immediately has me pick a plan (I had NEVER BEEN TOLD who the provider was), pay over $17 then refused to give me my "free" trial because I had picked a plan. After several conversations with a bot who had no understanding , many emails, I finally got the answer , which was I needed to use a different phone. Come to find out it's Verizon which has no service here. Still using wifi here😥

I had this for a few months and was happy with it, great price and great service until recently, they updated the service to not require the APN which would sound better but it basically cut my phone off for some reason. I could text and call but didn't have data. I called three times to fix it and the last person that tried to help me suggested I get a new phone... No thank you lol it worked fine before and I will take my business elsewhere.

Lookin for settings to configure the APN for MobileX, so you will be able to use the new service you just paid for? The APN can't be found on the website in the FAQs or on this app. What in the hell? Why would you not have that VALUABLE information available IN THE APP???? Don't you think it's IMPORTANT to customers, to be able to use their phones? WHERE MAY I FIND THE APN SETTINGS FOR MOBILEX? Please and thank you. Just point me in the right direction. You took my money, and gave me nothing.

MobileX is good as long as you have high speed data! They say you get 10 Gigabytes but lucky if yoú get 4! Data does not slow down but çurs off! You have phone ! No service and no internet, text or messaging! Calls go straight to voice mail. They lock your phone to stóp you from chañgiñg servérs and you get the RUN AROUÑD as why! MobileX is a SORRY choice for a provider! Your service is cut off when not being used and it takes some time for it to resume!

After 2 months of using this great cellphone service provider. I am very happy with the service. From the app to the phone service itself. Calls, texting and internet, everything functions very very well. You can control your cellphone service with Mobile X. You pay for what you use. Theres many options today with so many prepaid services from different companys. Mobile X works perfect for me. Give Mobile X a chance you will be happy you did. I will continue to use Mobile X.

I recently switched to this company and have had a very frustrating experience. After porting my number, I misunderstood the instructions and deleted the eSIM and have yet to get it resolved. I have waited upwards of 12-18 hours between responses from customer service. Their first response provided generic advice that didn't resolve the issue. A day later they requested my IEMI and said they would be "awaiting my reply". Its been 2 days since I've had a working phone. I'm extremely disappointed.

I has this service for 6 months or more. I never had any service problems. I needed unlimited everything so I had to change. If not for that I would still be using this service! Excellent service for an excellent price!
