I been on my health planner for almost 2 months there's no change on the app that less time consuming.I needs some changes to make to app thatI dont need anymore. I have to wait for help I can do it on my own.It can be challenging at times I try to make my steps. I love the news articles. I enjoy reading the great health information .I don't like the fact I have to keep hitting go back and reset bottons.If I could see my progress without all the returns and clicks.

Overall this app is helpful. I like that my care team is accessible. However, with my multiple conditions, I would like to see more specific information in regards to diet and care for those needs. A normal person may be able yo choose fruits and whole grains, but I have to avoid a great deal of foods that most consider healthy.

Currently crashing when attempting to access settings. Does not have a way to silence daily take reminders if not desired without cutting off the ability to receive notification of messages. It does work pretty well as a way to contact care team, and has interesting articles, but causes more stress from constant notifications.

This is the most incredible app you ever find it will keep you in touch with your doctor and your nurses and most of all your counselor that's helping you get through your tough times I myself have the most wonderful as counselor that you could ever have she is dear to my heart and my family.

Can't log in even after resetting password. No error messages, just stays on the login screen.

Cannot login to this app. For some reason, I was told during setup that my email address was already in use. I've never had this app before so I don't know how that happened. I tried resetting the password twice but the app still won't log me in. So I uninstalled it. Very disappointing...
