Nagwa classes is the best online class so far The online teachers are so nice and helpful, but sometimes the teacher gets mad because of the kids writing useless things in the chat and also her sound cuts but she says she it didn't. And why does the quiz have 18 questions all of the sudden and a timer? And why is there an upgrade every week?

It has given headache When I was trying to sign up ,it automatically changed to Arabic, which is not my language. Pls what can I do to change it back to english since I am yet to enter

I had a terrible experience with their science classes after only an hour of trying the 1st lesson it turned out it was completely usless and doesn't worth it. I asked for a refund the next day I paid and no one is answering me... it seems that they're just collecting money.

I had a disappointing experience with Nagwa. After registering and having a representative handle my payment, I was unable to access my class—no option to join was ever enabled. Despite several attempts to contact their support team, I received no response. This lack of customer service and accountability leads me to question the reliability of Nagwa's services. Potential users may want to consider other, more responsive educational platforms.

It was extremely amazing to have such a completely Egyptian app with these features and such benefits. Me and my nephew enjoyed studying through it alot . I will advice my friends to use it too I think each student could have benefits from this app .

هناك مشكله في البرنامج كل ما ادخل اسجل بي حساب Google أو فيسبوك لا يسجل ويرجع للصفحة الرئيسية There is a problem with the program. Every time I log in to a Google or Facebook account, it does not register and returns to the main page
