Who knows if it does any of the things you asked in questions before you get to write your review? After first installation and login it fails and consistently gives "network connection failed." I can uninstall and reinstall and I can get in again, but only once, on subsequent login attempts it fails and gives "network connection failed" ridiculous to have to uninstall/reinstall every fricking time I need to access the app, which is near daily.

I can not get it to load certain features that my fellow co-worker has on his Iphone. It freezes a lot and I have to uninstall it and re install it and it still does not always work. Should have all features available to everyone regardless of phone type. Also it is very diffucult to select the tiles you want. Needs to be worked on upgraded and fixed to be better. It is an average at best app. I use it for work otherwise I would not have it.

I can not get my schedule to load. I have logged out, I have updated, I have restarted my phone, I uninstalled and reinstalled and still get the same "alert" message. And this has been happening for over a month now if not almost 2. I'm about to tell my manager I'm done with the app and I'll just have to use pen and paper for when I need time off.

Why all of a sudden on Android, this app doesn't want to work properly? I need to have this for work and when I'm having to reset my tiles every time I log in because the app won't save how I need to have it or it won't update to see guests tickets when they call because they have issues is really unprofessional but the app works just fine on all my coworkers iPhones. Be better! This app used to work just fine before the update but now it's trash.

Just changed my password, but passwords have to changed every 10 days that has to be completely unique....come on. The app asked to create 4 digit pin to login quickly. But that never works, every time I login I have to complete the whole username and full password song and dance . I dont have full functionality, tiles appear blank, have to restart most times. Small business owners.....dont do it. Corporate restaurants, stop forcing this app

Constant freezing up when looking through schedules + doing anything on the inventory side of things is ridiculous.

Ever since downloading the app nothing has worked, it basically looks like a blank app with some options to pick, but if i pick any of them, like schedule, i get nothing but error messages. It's become a problem because now it's more difficult for me to request days off since my jobs relys on this app.

What's the point of this app? After months and countless password resets, could finally log in for the first time. Now an entire module doesn't work/displays a pop-up error (time off - the only thing that seems of any value). Do people actually use this? Seems like a waste of time and storage space.
