Slow, full of bugs, insist on using system default keyboard. More 'demanding' than high security apps like SingPass, various banking apps. Incredulous! Can't wait for kid to graduate from primary school, and will immediately delete this app. I am using GBoard, by Google, the owner and developer of Android OS. What is wrong with that? Anyway, as I stated, only this app has problem with GBoard. Other more sensitive apps like bank apps (yes, incldng DBS) SingPass are ok. What do you make of this?

Gboard is detected as a third party keyboard on my Samsung phone, which is an inconvenience. As a result I always have to switch to the Samsung Keyboard whenever I want to use the app. Please allow whitelist Gboard.

It's a hassle that it cannot accept certain keyboards. need to manually change which is wasting time. I am using microsoft keyboard and yet it's considered a risk?

Trash app. Crashes all the time, orces you to change your password frequently and all sorts of nonsense in their twisted form of "security".

Good to remind user about 3rd party input keyboard but please don't force to change. FYI, another bank did this and got scolded by thousands of users.

Why is the app always telling me that there is "no watch found" whenever I wish to sync the steps on the smart buddy? I just synced the steps two days ago and now all the steps will be lost if i were to set up the watch again and again? Sorry to say this but the watch is not smart afterall! This is the 2nd time that has happened in the past week! How to troubleshoot or rectify this error?

Very bad experience as i cant even make it through signing up. Got stuck at password setting, receives error message no matter what password i set. Restarted app, phone, uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing works. Edited: i realised that the issue with signing up is with the "auto-filled" email. Works after I type in the email and not auto-filled from my keyboard. Can't give more stars as I resolved it myself.

Only Facts

After update, the bt become more difficult to scan & sync the watch. And esp please, the watch quality is terrible! After 1-2 months sure spoil. Per year at least need to change 2-3 times, so wasteful and not sustainable at all. The touch screen always can't detect, basically wearing it just for scan payment. Pls consider providing or even collaborate with those kid watch maker to provide some better quality watch that is more useful aside from payment purpose.
