So far, it takes too long to load, occasionally I get thrown out on my smart tv, and its not a continuous live feed, it goes back to home screen between broadcasts - I imagine part of the problem is one app is getting the program from another app.

The Ads are so intrusive they take up parts of the newscast and make it hard to get your complete local news and weather! Great idea, but poorly executed with Ads & commercials overlapping the newscasts!

This application used to be very easy to search fotr out of your area stations by selecting the state and then city. The new way sucks. Once you find the station it plays sds, then a "we'll be right back" then lopps back to more ads,..... I never did get the station to play. Thank you so very much for ruining a decent application.

Edit: Now a 1 star rating. App is worse than ever. I'd rate 5 stars but everytime I go to watch live, I get anywhere from 2 to 7 ads and I end up missing the weather or something important I wanted to see. Plus, once it connects it jumps 30 to 60 seconds. I get you need ads but the way they're done really ruin the experience.

Too much buffering , tried watching and keeps buffering about every 30 seconds. Had to delete app. More work to do fellows After communicating with support, the buffering issue I was having is gone, appears it was only that one day for me. I've been watching now for over a week and the app works great! Loads fast, looks great, well done, love watching my local news!!!

Mirroring much of what has already been said, the developers took a great app and removed nearly everything that made it excellent: live DVR, Chromecast functionality, short-term archive of multiple newscasts, the list goes on. I wish I could understand what made anyone think these changes were a good idea, but needless to say, they're simply a bust.

I don't enjoy watching ads that allow the use of profanity, the "Nicorette Commercial" Nonetheless, I enjoy a news app that offers a wide range of news across the states. I love having the opportunity of viewing news from every major city in the US, at any given time of the day!!!!! The news is fairly current, informative and very interesting, I can control when I choose to view. I would however, love to see each state broadcast live, Thank you, NewsON!!!!!!

The app is good, I haven't had problems with it. However, the stated distance is way off. My closest station is less than 30 miles, but the app says 122. This needs to be fixed. It's understandable that there are going to be breaks when a newscast goes to commercial. It's the way it is if you are streaming from the stations website.
