I used it and I love it ! I downloaded the app 2 days ago, submitted an order, got my stuff picked up during the afternoon, and delivered early this morning! The app is very user-friendly and the service is top-notch and the customer service does an amazing job unveiling it ! Very convenient for those who don't want to think to much about dry cleaning, just NimNim it!

It was almost impossible to find a way to contact customer service. The links in the app to get help only give you the option to share it with someone instead of contacting someone about the issue. My pickup was a half hour after the promised time slot. I was willing to let that go but it's now more than an hour after my delivery was supposed to be dropped back off and when I dug up a number to call, the woman I spoke to said it would be another hour. I'm going back to Life Without Laundry.

Wash and fold was super easy to do with prompt and on time pickup and return. They did an amazing and careful job with my clothing which all came back super clean and nearly folded and separated. Looking forward to the next time they can help me out team can help out.

Nim Nim has the worst service and customer experience. They damaged a shirt of mine 4 months ago, took it back promising to fix it or reimburse me, and they have been ghosting me ever since. They have not only damaged the shirt without fixing it, but they also did not return it to me! I am never going to use this service ever again, and I do not advise anyone to use it.

Love Nim Nim!! Super convenient and helpful. I can leave my laundry to picked up before I got to work and two days later it's back at my place, folded and all. I also send out my suits for dry cleaning. The prices are really reasonable. I highly recommend checking NimNim out
