No integration with Health Connect. No data export in any form other than pdf so no way to link to other health apps such as Fitbit, Samsung Health or Google Fit. Edit: So after the last update it starts requesting storage permissions to backup it's data. Problem is is doesn't ask the OS for the permission so there's no way of granting it. Even if you try to backup it just shows it's own dialogue.

Just 4 stars for the lack of better explanation on the manual when it comes to the sync with your phone. I had to go to their help section to finally figure out what was not said in the manual. To see if your meter is already registered with your phone, go to manage registered meters in the app. If your meter is there, then when it asks you to enter the pin number to sync, enter the last 6 digits of the meter number on the back of it. After that, everything works just fine. I hope this helps.

Seems to work ok testing, but connecting to my Samsung 10s doesn't. I got it to connect 1 time after I saw another review showing the instructions are wrong and you need the last 6 numbers of the serial number. After that I could never get it to synch. I've tried it periodically over the last year just for grins and nothing. Today it says it's not compatible with my phone. I'm hoping my readings are correct.

You must manually refresh every time you open the app. This is very lazy of the developers. However, when I first open the app and tap the refresh button, the app "Searching for meters..." forever. I have to close the app and start over and only then will it find the meter. This is my third monitor and as usual the numbers are wildly different than the other two during the same reading. As such, these are not very good medical devices without tighter regulatory standard.

It was a bit troublesome getting the meter to sync with my phone, did manage to figure it out. Also, same as a lot of others, can NOT add tags or notes rendering some of the data/charts totally useless! Meter works good, test strips affordable but overall app just ain't so hot. Would give it a 5 star rating if the app actually did what it was supposed to. UPDATE, spoke to customer service, did no good what so ever! They don't actually have a tech. department.

I've been trying to pair the meter to the app for over an hour now. It has paired with my android device but refuses to pair with the app. As a first time user, it's very discouraging and I would be sticking to the pen and paper method to collect data. I also cannot contact tech support as I am from the Caribbean so great idea, but a lot of modifications need to be made. Good effort though.

To be fair, been using this for all of 1 hour. 55 minutes of that hour, was trying to pair it to my phone. I'm frustrated. I don't find the layout user-friendly, or the navigation buttons on the meter helpful. I previously was using Accu Chek meter with Bluetooth app "mySugr" is superior than true Mgr. I changed devices, because the strips are less expensive than Accu Chek. I'm going back to Accu chek. Returning True Mgr. Good luck if you chose this device.

Yeah, I paired with the device in 10 min! You probably didn't read the instructions. If you own the app and click in the question mark (app digital manual) in order to pair you need to use the LAST SIX DIGITS OF THE DEVICES SERIAL NUMBER (ON THE BACK OF THE DEVICE). Then is syncs in seconds. RTFM! I will admit they should have made this clear in the initial set up for those who are technically challenged.
