On three occasions now, I have added a "deal" to my cart, but then get charged full price. Tonight, it was the Buy One Blizzard Get One for $1.99. I added the deal. The app told me that it had added the deal. I selected my payment method and hit "complete." The next screen shows that I paid the full price for both. No deal. And there is no way to cancel the order. I asked the store manager about it and was told, "I don't have anything to do with the app."

The app is nicely designed and easy to navigate. My one peeve is the fact it got easy to get 750 points, but they have no option between the 750 and 2000, and what you can get from a reward is very limited. The rewards can only go up to a medium blizzard but not a large, you can get a sundae but not a parfait (for an idea).

Went to order a chicken strip basket, and it makes you select a size to be able to order it, the option is there without a drink but not for the basket with one. I called and mentioned it and they were already aware and offered no remedy other than appolgizing and saying they would notify the team. They basically agreed I have to order the drink separately and pay more. I feel bad for the person having to take calls on that when it should be an easy fix, local restaurant's apps perform better.

The scan codes work well, and the app is easy to use. I have run into a glitch with the Choose Location, though. I have location sharing off, so the app gives a search box, but after I type the city and state, it just sits there and won't search. Doesn't stop me from ordering at the counter which I prefer. If I could order in app and then pay cash at the counter I'd love it.

Edit-received a reply to update the app. I'm on the latest version of the app. The immediate go to is you, the consumer, are doing something wrong alway go to was it had to be "my network". No,not when it happens on 4 different networks. Then at the same time when i try to scan receipts for points most of the time i receive an error about scanning my daily limit already when its the first receipt and only receipt of the day. Something has gotten extremely wrong with the app. Edit-i received

The app is decent and has alright rewards. My only issue is that I have been scanning different recent receipts throughout a week and not one has allowed me to. The error "you have reached your limit on easily receipt scans" shows up every time, whether I've scanned another receipt that day or not. I've lost out on a good amount of points due to this, and haven't found a fix yet (I have tried signing in and out and also uninstalled and reinstalled.)

I've been using the app without problems for a long time. After a recent update, it kicked me out and I haven't been able to sign in since. Changed my password several times, new password said successfully changed, tried to sign back in and repeatedly told incorrect information. If I delete my account I lose about 2000 pts, so not impressed at all with this app now.

This app has very limited customization. I looked at the FAQ section, and understand only having items that are available at every restaurant, however I was unable to order ice cream with no cone, and unable to select chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla. These are very simple customizations, and should be items that are available at every location. I have never been to a Dairy Queen without chocolate ice cream. I have deleted the app, and will never use it again
