The doctor's messages NEVER appear on my inbox. Every single time that I have to sign in, the app ALWAYS asks me for the text code, even when I click on the checkbox to Trust my Device. a previous time when I booked an appointment, I got an email, and minutes later, I got another email cancelling that appointment.

This app is horrible. It doesn't transfer your lab results, show your referrals. It makes nothing easy.

On one hand, it's nice that I can see my lab results on my phone. But it's very aggravating that every time I try to send a secure message to my doctor, I get an error message: "An error occurred. The message failed to send".

Worst app ever. Error sending messages all the time. Never lists all scripts.

While the app has potential, it is in its infancy state and has bugs. The messages with the do tors include html markup and the insurance employer effective date. It does not let you enter the date since it only allows numbers, and the / symbol is required.

I was recently migrated from "Follow My Health" app to this app. I used to be able to contact my caregivers in a format convenient for BOTH them and myself. This was the single most important and qualitative feature of my Health care. Since moving to MyOptum I have not been able to contact caregivers outside of calls to their staff, and leaving msgs. This app currently just shows blank screens once any option is selected. This app is Awful. Moved to 1 star.

I have difficulty typing. Being able to use copy and paste or add to calendar with help a whole lot and being able to link my files with MyChart would make that a lot easier
