I'm a longtime subscriber, but just started using the mobile app recently because I discovered it had been improved since the first time I tried it several years ago. I was thrilled to use the timer which recorded in real time, and easily connected to my existing tasks and tracker, giving me the ability to document notes and details that are important to my process. But, the mobile app worked only one time. The next several times I tried using it, it wouldn't move past the login function.

The desktop version is great, but the Android app is missing a monthly view. Is it something that can be added in the future?

Paymo is pretty awesome. I love that I can create task lists (groups of related tasks) and subtasks for tasks. For me, these little attention to detail go a long way. HOWEVER, the app leaves much to be desired: (1) there's no dark mode, (2) there's no app security (PIN, fingerprint), and (3) I can't manage my account within the app. The only thing listed under Preferences is Notifications, which I can toggle on and off. That's it. But I can do the most important thing with the app, which is track my time. I just hope more features and functionality will be added to the app in the near future.

Overall the App is beautiful and easy to navigate. However, it is missing crucial functions for adding projects and tasks on the go. For example, I cannot do simple things like reordering tasks, or creating Task Lists. Looking forward to seeing these functions added soon!

Great web based tool. App, needs critical feature > sub tasks. The very fact that sub tasks aren't seen in Android is a mystery. The ability to break a project into bite size pieces is what makes us capable of "multitasking" as humans in the first place. The website captures that brilliantly. The app, non-existent. Cannot show love without. - I wanted to come back and say, I moved from 1 to 2 as I see how the logic of app was built. But why offer sub task in website if we cannot manage in this app? Bonkers.

Just using the web version for input, for now. The App works fine but still missing time on start and end date and on alerts as well. Also monthly subscription is not available or at least I could'nt subscribe. I believe I could complete an yearly subscription. I will use the mobile app just when outside so it is not for now.

Trying to use this app to even manage existing bookings within an agency environment is completely ineffective. It may sort of work from a personal single user perspective but even then I'm not sure. I need to see daily or weekly scheduled bookings and to look at my studio resource. For now paymo is one of the few apps that I simple can't use at all when I'm out of office on my phone.

Good to see the app being launched. Could do with a few more features eg. ability to edit project status or filter archived projects out. But on the whole it's a pretty good accompaniment to the desktop web-app. I should add, the desktop service is brilliant, lovely design and really easy to use.
