Second what others have said...they don't follow your preference; not even when marked deal breakers. They send tons of likes from all out of your area making you think that there are lots of people near you; then when you pay, you discover there are very few profiles nearby. I regret putting out the money for either app. And they seem to be buying up more of them! Be aware.

Complete scam!!! Expensive and too many fake profiles. First, you pay for a subscription and get 150 credits. And then, you get disgusted with the many fake profiles. Then, if you do find someone legit, within a couple of hours of using the app, you're out of "credits". To reply to a chat, you have to buy more credits. I bought the cheapest pack -- 20 credits for $30. After a FEW chat response, you have to buy more credits. 500 credits is $360. Also, no way to hide you're on so people call.

I signed up, uploaded 1 picture of my face, spent 5 minutes looking, and then was logged off. When I tried to log back in I got an error message saying my account was blocked by OurTime. When I contacted them they said I was banned for inappropriate content! I didn't even have the account for 30 minutes I didn't interact with anybody or post any messages. they refused to tell me the specific reason. I don't think anyone is actually reading the customer service emails. WASTE OF TIME!

Don't waste your money. It's the same company as Match, but supposedly for 50+. Once they get your payment, they drastically reduce the number of candidates you'll see. They completely ignore your specified match criteria & dealbreakers. They also allow a shocking number of people with no pictures, pictures of inanimate objects, and/or grossly incomplete profiles.

overall easy to sign up & navigate. reasonable cost. many members to consider connecting to. What I don't like is there's no option to save the profiles of intrest. I like to think and consider my feelings about an individual b4 I hit the like icon and connect.

There you are, writing a note and you decide to check over the profile. OurTime interprets that as a left swipe. And of course there is no recourse. You cannot compose a note external to OurTime and copy/paste it. If a person reviews your profile and finds nothing wrong with it, but their automated system believes you've added contact information, there is no recourse; you're alternately banned and unbanned. I won't be re-subscribibg.

Not great, same gals week after week, most never respond, some say they aren't paid subscribers so email them (how?), profiles sometimes very incomplete, I think perhaps a minimum of profile info should be required. Better direction on how to use this service would be helpful, I don't think I'll be resubscribing next time.

Why can't I access my account? I've had an account for over a year. I usually access it once a week or so. Now the app just hangs up. Tried logging in with a web browser. That just hangs. Used my windows computer. It just change. Will never let me in. I still get emails saying I've got unread messages. Tried to contact tech support. Apparently, tech support doesn't exist. I uninstalled the app from my Android phone. Then re-installed. Same thing. THE APP HAS TECHNICAL PROBLEMS. I CAN'T CONTACT
