Premium notifications are broken for months. The customer support doesn't commit to any deadline to fix this, and they only "apologise for my inconvenience". I bought the premium subscription mainly because it's very hard to find slots in my area, and I thought this would help me, so I commited to an annual plan, only to learn they don't work at all. Please fix this ASAP

In a time when most applications (even paid apps) are an awful experience for the consumer, Playtomic stands out as an incredibly user friendly, easy to navigate and intuitive app. Thank you to the developers and teams for creating such a fantastic experience!! If only every app was like this

Nice app to find Padel games and players. I'd give it more stars but there are big problems receiving messages. They are delayed and some never arrive even though you get a pop up notification on your device that it's been received. I know it's not only me experiencing this also. Many people have this problem. I hope the dev's will fix this very soon and it's an important part of the communication before the games.

1 suggestion, can you please make it possible to convert a private game to an open game prior to the non cancellation period. for example we have 4 people that play regularly, but if 1 pulls out then i have to cancel my match and rebook the game as an open game, its then a hassle to organise everyone to rebook their spots and sometimes my friends will miss out on booking their spot because others have already joined.

Riddled with bugs and they change features randomly as if there is no product manager working on it or if they are working they are doing a really bad job. Recently they started sorting the most recent match you are going to play in opposite order. Do they change stuff just because they can?

Great app for arranging matches. After speaking with a few players, we are all in agreement that the 'chat' (messages) aren't always user friendly to find, can they not be added to Profile? Also there is no Notifications for 'chat'. Only Notifications for matches. Please can this be included.

The chat system. Neds to be improved. Takes time to see messages instantly, that can take up to 30min+. The system allow ppl to put their rank then they fan jump in into games of range without any games, without ability for owner of game ti eject a player.

A system that forces you to recreate your account every couple of months to allow you to keep playing at your level cannot be well designed. Also, if a player is within the level range but has low credibility and still can join the match, it will probably be unbalanced anyway. To make it worse, people won't be willing to balance the match themselves until it's over because the system pushes players to collect their points and fulfill their egos first. Lastly, commissions are way too high.
